Cherafy, operated by Cherafy Limited LLC, offers subscription-based access to its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for managing insurance-related tasks and client records efficiently. This policy outlines the terms regarding subscription cancellations and the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancellation at Any Time: Subscribers may cancel their Cherafy subscription at any time. Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period, allowing subscribers to continue using the service until the period concludes.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, please log into your Cherafy account and follow the cancellation procedures provided in your account settings. If you encounter any issues, contact our support team at support@cherafy.co for assistance.
- Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon processing your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email from Cherafy. Please keep this email for your records.
Refund Policy
- Non-refundable Subscriptions: All Cherafy subscriptions are non-refundable. Payments made to Cherafy for monthly or yearly subscription plans will not be refunded or prorated if the service is canceled before the end of the current billing period
- Exceptional Circumstances: Although subscription payments are generally non-refundable, we may consider issuing a refund under exceptional circumstances. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis by our customer support team. To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation of your situation
- Failure to Use Subscription: Failure to use your Cherafy subscription or dissatisfaction with the service does not qualify for a refund. We encourage subscribers to make the most of their subscriptions throughout the billing period.
Changes to Subscription Fees
- Cherafy reserves the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new charges at any time, upon at least 30 days prior notice to subscribers. Such notice may be provided by any means, including but not limited to, posting on the Cherafy website or email communication
